Pull and Place exists to do exactly two things, and to do them well. Tooth extraction and same-day implant placement. Nothing else. Not because everything else is bad work, but because focus is the only honest way to lower a price.

Our prices are flat. The same number every time. No tiering, no surgical surcharge, no surprise itemization at the desk. We do not bill insurance because insurance billing is what makes a $249 extraction cost $549. We use modern US-made implant fixtures from a major manufacturer. The clinical outcome is the same one you would get at any quality surgical practice. The bill is not.

We do not do crowns or restorations. When your implant heals, you go back to your regular dentist for the crown. That is by design. Restoration is its own craft and your dentist already knows you. We send them everything they need to finish the work.

Quality work at a price that does not require a payment plan you cannot afford. That is the entire pitch.
